Additional Information On Cessation of Subsidiary Relationship
The Board of Directors of Meghmani Organics Limited (“MOL”) refer to the announcement on Cessation of Subsidiary Relationship made on 21 April 2006 (Announcement Reference Number: 00063).
MOL wishes to inform that the dilution of its equity stake in Meghmani Europe BVBA to 49% is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and the net tangible assets per share of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2006.
