Additional Information On Notice of Eleventh Annual General Meeting and Notice of Book Closure
The Board of Directors of Meghmani Organics Limited (“MOL”) refer to the announcement of Notice of Eleventh Annual General Meeting and Notice of Book Closure dated 28 June 2005 (the “Notices”) (Announcement Reference No. 00048).
MOL has in the abovementioned Notices, mentioned that a Final Dividend of Rs 0.30 per ordinary share will be declared in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2005.
MOL wishes to clarify that in respect of Singapore Depository Shares (“SDS”), a Final Dividend of Rs 0.15 per SDS will be declared in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2005.
