The Board of Directors of Meghmani Organics Limited (the “Company”) wishes to inform that the Company will be releasing its financial statement on the results of the Company for the Financial Year Ended 31 March 2006 on Monday, 22 May 2006.
A press conference to brief the media and analysts will be held on the same day at Blundell Room, Level 4, Raffles City Convention Centre, 2 Stamford Road, Singapore 178882 at 2.45 p.m.
