Amendment To Notice of Book Closure
The Board of Directors of Meghmani Organics Limited (the “Company”) refers to the Notice of Thirteenth Annual General Meeting and Notice of Book Closure released on 11 June 2007.
The Company wishes to revise the final dividend payment date from 28 June 2007 to 4 July 2007. Accordingly, Transfer Book and the Register of Members of Equity Shares of the Company will be closed on 27 June 2007 for the purpose of determining Members’ and Singapore Depository Shares (“SDS”) Holders’ entitlement to a Final Dividend of Rs 0.36 per ordinary share. The Final Dividend will be paid on 4 June 2007.
